Not included
- As there are no vehicles allowed on Ilha Grande, you will need to make your own way from the Abraao tourist pier to your accommodation on the island
- Drop-off at other parts of Ilha Grande. The boat only stops at the main pier of the Abraão village (Vila do Abraão). If you are staying at other locations on the island it can be very costly to travel there from the Abraão village
Baggage Rules
Included:
- 1 medium suitcase (67 × 48 × 27 cm) OR 1 small carry-on (55 × 40 × 25 cm)
- 1 personal item (e.g. backpack) which will travel on your lap
Extras:
- Oversized or additional luggage: R$100.00 per piece (each way)
- Notify us ahead of time for unusual items like surfboards or strollers

Children’s Policy
- Babies (up to 12 months):
- Can ride free on a parent’s lap
- If they’re in a car seat, the cost is half price
- Kids 1 year and 1 month to 3 years and 11 months old:
- Pay half price with rights to their own seat
- Kids 4 years and older:
- Full ticket price, with rights to their own seat
- Parents must bring car seats if they use one
- Car seats are not needed by law on our vehicles
Reservations for children: if your child is between 1 & 4 years old, or you wish to bring a child seat, contact us to make a booking.
Pick-Up Rules
- Our choice of contact method to advise of pick-up times is WhatsApp. Please ensure you provide your correct number during the reservation
- Go to our meeting point on the top-level of terminal 02 to meet the van.
- Meeting point details will be sent with confirmation
- The van will be coming from the city with other passengers and will pass the meeting point to collect you
- Delays may occur due to traffic or other passengers

- Once departed Rio the drive time to marina is approx. 2 hours (depending on traffic)

Note: Above flight arrival times are reference only and do not guarantee you will be at meeting point in time if your flight is delayed or you are delayed at immigration.
Pick-Up Time & Details
- You’ll receive a WhatsApp message the night before with your estimated pick-up time
- Be at the meeting point no later than the allocated time
- Delays due to flights or immigration are not our responsibility – missed vans count as No Show (no refunds or reschedules)

Pick-up is available for flights arriving between 05:00 am – 15:00
Our driver will meet you after the baggage claim area with a sign, and you will continue to the marina of Conceicao de Jacareí where you will be provided with an included ticket for one of the following boat departures* to the Abraao pier on Ilha Grande.

Private Vehicle + Private Boat
Pick-up is available for flights arriving between 04:00 am – 18:00
Avoid waiting for the public boat departures by having your private boat ready to take you straight to Abraao on Ilha Grande. Also, this is the only option is to get to Ilha Grande after the last public boat departs.
