Depending on how many passengers are traveling, this transfer is operated in either cars, vans, or minibuses.

- Shared Service: Blue Tree Tower Premium Paulista Hotel – Rua Peixoto Gomide, 707 – Cerqueira César, São Paulo
- Private Service: Hotels and private residences located in safe inner city neighbourhoods, as well as the Congonhas Airport (CGH).
Baggage Rules
Included:
- 1 medium suitcase (67 × 48 × 27 cm) OR 1 small carry-on (55 × 40 × 25 cm)
- 1 personal item (e.g. backpack) which will travel on your lap
Extras:
- Oversized or additional luggage: $20 USD per piece (each way)
- Notify us ahead of time for unusual items like surfboards or strollers

- You carry and handle your own luggage
- We are not liable for lost items
- If we recover a lost item, return is subject to a ticket fee
Child Policy
Reservations for children: if your child is between 1 & 8 years old, or you wish to bring a child seat, contact us to make a booking.
- Babies (up to 12 months):
- Can ride free on a parent’s lap
- If you bring a car seat, the cost is half price
- Kids 1 to 3 years old:
- free with rights to their own seat
- If you bring a car seat, the cost is half price
- Kids between 4 & 8 years:
- half price, with rights to their own seat
- Parents must bring car seats if they use one
- Car seats are not needed by law on our vehicles
Pick-Up Notes
- Please be checked out and ready to depart by the advertised pick-up time.
- It takes approximately 35 minutes or less to collect everyone before departing the town.
- Some historic center addresses do not allow vehicle access. In these cases you will be met at your hotel and escorted to the vehicle at a nearby access point.
- Delays may occur due to traffic or other passengers
Service Conditions
- We require your Paraty address and WhatsApp number at the time of reservation
- Schedules subject to change
- Around holidays such as Carnival and New Year’s, it may be necessary to depart early to anticipate heavier traffic
- Delays or cancellations due to weather, health, breakdowns, etc. are out of our control and not our fault
- Replacement vehicle arranged as soon as possible in case of breakdown
- Booking issues notified via email

- Pick-up directly from your accommodation within the city limits of Paraty or neighbouring Jabaquara (unless access is restricted).
- Drop-off at only one location in São Paulo – Blue Tree Premium Paulista Hotel – Rua Peixoto Gomide, 707
- All vehicles are modern, with air conditioning.
Shared Transfers
Choose from two departures:
- 08:30 → Est. arrival ~ 13:30/14:30
- 13:30 → Est. arrival ~ 18:30/19:30
Private Transfer
- Choose your own pick-up time.
- Can also pick-up from some of Paraty’s neighbouring areas.
- Drop-off at safe locations in São Paulo, and also the Congonhas Airport (CGH)
- The drive to São Paulo is direct, and the vehicle will be exclusively for you.
- Under normal conditions, it takes between 05 and 06 hours to get to the downtown São Paulo.
Where You Can Be Collected
- Many of the streets in the Historic Center of Paraty do not allow vehicles to enter. If you are staying on one of those streets, you will have to walk to a nearby location where the vehicle can access.
- Shared Service – Pick-up allowed from accommodation located within the town of Paraty or Jabaquara
- If you are far out of town or in a difficult to access location, set your pick-up as this central meeting point: Agency Paraty Tours – Av. Roberto Silveira, 479 – Centro, Paraty
- Private Services – Can also pick-up from some areas outside of town. If you are not in Paraty or Jabaquara, please consult us to see if your accommodation qualifies.
Refunds, Changes & Credits
- Cancel 78+ hrs before: 75% refund or full credit
- Cancel 48 –78 hrs before: 50% refund or full credit
- Cancel <48 hrs before or no-show: No refund
- Change requests:
- 1 Free change if 24+ hrs before and space available
- R$50 fee <24 hrs before
- R$50 fee: Per each further change
