Airport Pick-Ups

Flight Monitoring:
- Our drivers monitor your flight status in real time, so if your flight is a little delayed or arrives early, they’ll adjust accordingly to be there when you land.
- If your flight is cancelled, or severely delayed, you must contact us to let us know so we can arrange a different pick-up for your new estimated arrival.

- For hotels, the driver will meet you in the main lobby or vehicle pick-up area.
- For Airbnb or private accommodations, the driver will arrive at your specified address and notify you upon arrival.

Off-Road or Hard-to-Access Zones:
Locations inaccessible by car due to poor road conditions or private off-road properties (e.g., areas requiring 4×4 vehicles or boating).
Non-Tourist Zones Outside Búzios:
Transfers are only offered within Búzios’ tourist zones; areas outside municipal limits are excluded.
