Pick-up Locations
Hotels and Airbnb’s – All accessible hotels and Airbnb locations within the city limits of Foz do Iguacu.
Belmond Cataratas Hotel – The exception is this hotel located within the National park. If staying here it is easy to take the hotel’s shuttle to the park gate where our driver will meet you.
Choosing a Time
Because this is a private transfer, you can choose any pick-up time during the booking that suits you.
Choose a 7:00 AM pick-up to arrive at the entrance to the falls when it opens at 8:00 AM.
Most people spend 5–6 hours in the park, so we wouldn’t advise choosing a pick-up time after 11:00 AM.
The park closes between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM.
Return Transfer
When you arrive at the entrance to the falls, your driver will advise you on the best way to enjoy the park and you’ll agree on a time to meet again for your included return transfer to Brazil.
We don’t restrict how long you can stay, but please arrange a meeting time with the driver before you enter the park. The driver does not wait at the entrance, instead, returns at the agreed time.
You’ll be given the driving team’s WhatsApp number to request more or less time in the park if needed.
There is free Wi-Fi at the entrance and at the train stations inside the park.

Border Documents
You are responsible for having the correct documents for entering Argentina and returning to Brazil.
You must carry your original passport for the border crossing. Digital copies are not accepted.
If your nationality requires a visa for Argentina, you are still required to have one, even if you are only staying a few hours.
Park Tickets
Your entrance tickets into the park are not included
We recommend buying your tickets in advance, because the ticket office’s credit-card machines at the entrance can occasionally go offline. Your confirmation email includes the information you will need to purchase them.
Note: you do not need to select an entrance time for the Argentina side of the falls when purchasing your ticket.
Staying Connected
Your confirmation email will include the driving team’s WhatsApp number so you can stay connected throughout the day. Free Wi-Fi is available at the entrance to the falls and at the train stations inside the park.

For groups of 01 – 04 people (Private Car Service)
We use a two-driver system with 2 cars and 2 drivers to make the crossing faster. On busy days, the traffic line at Argentine immigration can take hours. Most vehicles have no choice but to sit and wait.
With us, your first driver takes you directly to the door of Argentine immigration. Before you enter the building, the driver points out your second driver. You go inside, process your passport, and walk out the other side. Your next driver is already there waiting to greet you and take you straight to the entrance of the Argentina side of the falls.
Everyone else waits in traffic. You do not.
For groups of 05 – 14 people (Private Van Service)
Our vans use dedicated tourism lanes at the border—reserved for licensed tour operators and pre-registered passenger vehicles, not private cars or taxis. These adjacent lanes are staffed and organized to handle tour manifests, group documents in a single coordinated stop. Because officers are accustomed to group crossings, your party typically moves much faster than private travelers who remain in the general queue.
Possible Wait Time
No one can guarantee zero wait at immigration: delays can still occur when extra traffic is present, but we generally get you across faster than others. What we control is preparation and planning: choosing border points that are usually faster, routing to avoid known bottlenecks, and coordinating manifests and vehicle credentials. Those steps significantly reduce delays.

If arriving early - beat the crowds to the Devil’s Throat which is the highlight of the park. The first Ecological Rainforest Train (Tren de la Selva) on the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls departs from Central Station at approximately 8:15 AM to 8:30 AM. Train Frequency: Every 30 minutes (or every 15 minutes during high season). The train terminates at the Garganta del Diablo Station Last Train to Devil’s Throat: Approximately 3:30 PM Train ride is approximately 20 minutes |

From the train to the Devil’s Throat lookout point is 1 km and takes approximately 20 minutes. Being the highlight of the park, most people spend up to 30 minutes at the lookout. Then you walk 20 minutes back to the train station, where you can take the next train to the Cataratas Station. |
| 10:20 AM - Walk the Superior Circuit & Inferior Circuit Trail |
From the Cataratas Station you access both the Superior and Inferior Trails. Both of these trails take approximately 1 hour each to complete. |
| 12:30 - Stop for Lunch | Near the Cataratas Station you will find the El Fortin steak restaurant, or you can get fast food at the Kiosks inside the park. Or take your own lunch and picnic on one of the trails. |
| 13:00 - Optional Boat Ride |
If you are not doing the boat ride in the park you may wish to plan to meet the driver now and head back to Brazil. If you do plan to do the boat trip you can organise an afternoon boat session at the entrance to the park. The boat ride takes approximately 2 hours to complete, which includes descending and ascending around 300 steps to the starting point and back. |

For a sit-down meal you can dine at the park’s steakhouse, El Fortin.

Argentina Side Boat Trip
If you have time, there’s a recommended optional speedboat trip inside the park that takes you under the falls.
You can buy tickets and choose a session at the entrance to the falls.
Be aware you will get very wet during the ride. Before boarding you’ll be given a waterproof duffel bag large enough for a small backpack, a camera or phone, and a few other items (we suggest putting your shoes in it). Bring a change of clothes, or wear your swimsuit and keep your dry clothes in the waterproof bag while on the boat.
You are not permitted to join the boat trip if you are:
