• This service is shared by passengers traveling to both Ilha Grande and Paraty.
• At the midway point, the vehicle will stop at a boat to allow Ilha Grande passengers to disembark, while Paraty travelers will switch to another vehicle to complete their journey.
• Staff will be present to assist you—simply follow their instructions for changing vehicles.

• The choice of vehicle for your transfer is based on the number of passengers confirmed on the day of service.
• Depending on the group size, vehicles used are either sedans (cars) or vans, ensuring practicality and efficiency.
• When driving the 2nd half of the journey, from the Ilha Grande transition point to Paraty, passenger numbers are typically lower, and sedans are used more often than vans.

Included:

• 1 medium suitcase (67 × 48 × 27 cm) OR 1 small carry-on (55 × 40 × 25 cm)
• 1 personal item (e.g. backpack) which will travel on your lap

Extras:

• Oversized or additional luggage: $20 USD per piece (each way)
• Notify us ahead of time for unusual items like surfboards or strollers

• We are not liable for lost items
• If we recover a lost item, return is subject to a ticket fee

• Reservations for children: if your child is between 1 & 4 years old, or you wish to bring a child seat, contact us to make a booking.
• Babies (up to 12 months):
  • Can ride free on a parent’s lap
  • If they’re in a car seat, the cost is half price
• Kids 1 year and 1 month to 3 years and 11 months old:
  • Pay half price with rights to their own seat
• Kids 4 years and older:
  • Full ticket price, with rights to their own seat
• Parents must bring car seats if they use one
• Car seats are not needed by law on our vehicles

• For this service, you will be advised about pick-up times by WhatsApp. Please ensure you provide your correct number during the reservation
• Service may be operated in a car or a van. depending on how many other passengers there are.
• Difficult-access locations or areas outside pick-up locations (see below) will require meeting us at a safe location.
• Hotels/hostels: Be ready at the entrance
• Airbnb/private homes: provide apartment number, wait outside
• If we can’t easily reach your pick-up spot, we’ll arrange a meeting point. Difficult places may include narrow streets, steep hills or long one-way roads which take a long time to traverse
• Delays may occur due to traffic or other passengers

• Schedules subject to change
• Delays or cancellations due to weather, health, breakdowns, etc. are not our fault
• Replacement vehicle arranged within 4 hours in case of breakdown
