Duration of the Trip

The journey typically takes between 3 to 3.5 hours, depending on traffic and weather conditions. Traffic can be extreme during Brazilian holidays and expect delays.

Airport Pick-Ups

Arrival Terminal Meeting Point:

• Upon landing, the driver will await you at the designated arrival terminal holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
• Look for your name on a sign after exiting the baggage collection area.

Flight Monitoring:

• Our drivers monitor your flight status in real time, so if your flight is a little delayed or arrives early, they’ll adjust accordingly to be there when you land.
• If your flight is cancelled, or severely delayed, you must contact us to let us know so we can arrange a different pick-up for your new estimated arrival.

Hotel Lobby or Front Door Pick-Up

• For hotels, the driver will meet you in the main lobby or vehicle pick-up area.
• For Airbnb or private accommodations, the driver will arrive at your specified address and notify you upon arrival.
