Delays may be unavoidable during holidays and events such as Carnival, and New Years.

• Departure 1 – Van passes between 05:45 – 07:15
  • Domestic flights arriving until 06:00
  • International flights arriving until 05:00
• Departure 2 – Van passes between 08:45 – 10:15
  • Domestic flights arriving until 09:00
  • International flights arriving until 08:00
• Departure 3 – Van passes between 12:45 – 14:45
  • Domestic flights arriving until 12:15
  • International flights arriving until 11:30

Note: Above flight arrival times are reference only and do not guarantee you will be at meeting point in time if your flight is delayed or you are delayed at immigration.

Pick-Up Time & Details

• You’ll receive a WhatsApp message the night before with your estimated pick-up time
• Be at the meeting point no later than the allocated time
• Delays due to flights or immigration are not our responsibility – missed vans count as No Show (no refunds or reschedules)

Private Transfer Options

Pick-up is available for flights arriving at any time of day.

Our driver will meet you after the baggage claim area with a sign, and you will continue directly to your accommodation in Paraty or neighboring areas.
