Not included

  • Turi Angra Marina Tax (Ilha Grande Tourism Tax).
  • As there are no vehicles allowed on Ilha Grande, you will need to make your own way from the Abraao tourist pier to your accommodation on the island
  • Drop-off at other parts of Ilha Grande. The boat only stops at the main pier of the Abraão village (Vila do Abraão). If you are staying at other locations on the island it can be very costly to travel there from the Abraão village.

Baggage Rules

Included:

  • 1 medium suitcase (67 × 48 × 27 cm) OR 1 small carry-on (55 × 40 × 25 cm)
  • 1 personal item (e.g. backpack) which will travel on your lap

Extras:

  • Oversized or additional luggage: $20 USD per piece (each way)
  • Notify us ahead of time for unusual items like surfboards or strollers

Important Notes:

  • You carry and handle your own luggage
  • We are not liable for lost items
  • If we recover a lost item, return is subject to a ticket fee

Children’s Policy

  • Babies (up to 12 months):
    • Can ride free on a parent’s lap
    • If they’re in a car seat, the cost is half price
  • Kids 1 year and 1 month to 3 years and 11 months old:
    • Pay half price with rights to their own seat
  • Kids 4 years and older:
    • Full ticket price, with rights to their own seat
  • Parents must bring car seats if they use one
  • Car seats are not needed by law on our vehicles

Reservations for children: if your child is between 1 & 4 years old, or you wish to bring a child seat, contact us to make a booking.

Pick-Up Notes

  • Our choice of contact method to advise of pick-up times is WhatsApp. Please ensure you provide your correct number during the reservation
  • Go to our meeting point on the top-level of terminal 02 to meet the van.
  • Meeting point details will be sent with confirmation
  • The van will be coming from the city with other passengers and will pass the meeting point to collect you
  • Delays may occur due to traffic or other passengers
  • If you need pick-up from the Santos Dumont (SDU) Airport you can book it here
  • For pick-ups from a hotel or apartment, you can book the Rio city to Ilha Grande transfer.
