It is possible to visit both sides in a single day, though we generally recommend dedicating a full day to each side to truly appreciate them. If you would like to do both, speak to us when booking and we can help plan your itinerary.

If you are travelling directly from the airport, your luggage remains locked safely in our vehicle throughout your visit. Your driver stays with the vehicle at all times.

With our two-vehicle system, most crossings take between 40 minutes to 01 hour depending on the time of day. On very busy days, travellers using standard services can wait several hours — our system is specifically designed to minimise this.

No. All of our Iguazu transfers are entirely private. You will never share a vehicle with strangers, and all pick-up times are arranged around your schedule.

If you are staying at the Gran Melia Iguazu in Argentina there is an extra charge to do a service there. There is also an extra charge if staying at the Belmond Hotel Das Cataratas on the Brazil side, and the service will be to the hotel’s shuttle point at the national park gate. You add the extra charge during the reservation.

If you are 1 – 4 passengers we have a system using two cars and two drivers so that you do not have to wait in traffic at the Argentina border, which can be hours on heavy days.

The process is easy, with the first driver taking you to the door of the Argentine immigration. There the driver will point out your next driver, and then you enter the building to process your passport. Next you will walk out a different door and the other driver will be there to greet you.

The distance between the cars is only 25 meters and the drivers can help with luggage if you need help. Everyone else has to wait in a queue in traffic to pass immigration.

If you are 5 or more passengers we use a van, which has special permission to use a tourism corridor that cars are not allowed to use. You do not change vehicles if the service is in a van.
