Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. This is the core design of the Green Toad Bus service. Your luggage stays secured on board while you explore the national park. We then drop you at your hotel when you’re ready — no extra cost, no extra steps.

The Iguazu region straddles two countries. Depending on your route, you may cross from Brazil into Argentina or vice versa. Our Fastest Border Crossing service handles all of this — via two-driver coordination for private cars or dedicated tourism corridors for private vans. Your driver will brief you on what to have ready (passport, visa requirements for your nationality).

We track all incoming flights in real time. If your IGU or IGR flight is delayed, your pickup time adjusts automatically. You will not be left waiting, and you will not be charged a waiting fee for airline-related delays. For longer flight delays and flight cancellations we ask you to contact us to change the pick-up time or postpone the service.

Both are spectacular and offer completely different experiences. The Brazilian side is best for panoramic photography, wide walkways, and seeing the falls from a distance that lets you appreciate their full scale. The Argentine side puts you right in the heart of the falls system with up-close trail access and the world-famous Devil’s Throat viewpoint. If you have time for only one, we recommend choosing based on your travel direction.

Yes. Green Toad Bus accommodates solo travelers, couples, families, and small groups. Select your group size at the time of booking and we’ll assign the appropriate vehicle.

Our drivers and coordinators are fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and have at least basic tourism English. They are used to driving English speakers everyday, they carry translation apps if help is needed, and in your confirmation email we provide a WhatsApp number for English communication.

A full refund of the deposit minus a 10% applies if cancelled more than 30 days before the first service. A 50% refund applies if cancelled between 3 & 30 days before the first service, and no refund applies if cancelled within 3 days.

If your flight is cancelled or you have another reason beyond your control for cancelling, you can seek compensation from your travel insurance provider.
