If you have time, there’s a recommended optional speedboat trip inside the park that takes you under the falls.

You can buy tickets and choose a session at the entrance to the falls.
Be aware you will get very wet during the ride. Before boarding you’ll be given a waterproof duffel bag large enough for a small backpack, a camera or phone, and a few other items (we suggest putting your shoes in it). Bring a change of clothes, or wear your swimsuit and keep your dry clothes in the waterproof bag while on the boat.

You are not permitted to join the boat trip if you are:

• Under 12 years old
• Pregnant
• Suffering from serious back problems
• Affected by cardiac or neurological conditions
• Living with chronic lung problems
• Having physical disabilities that would impair your ability to respond in the unlikely event of an emergency
