1) If the reservation was made on your behalf by someone else, they may have chosen a password for you. If you do not know your password then click to retrieve it above and it will be sent to your email address!
2) After confirming your participation you can enter your account via the My-Hops Sign in box situated above and to the right. Once inside your account you will be able to change your password if you wish, and also edit your details by clicking on Edit Account. Please remember that the correct details, including the spelling of your name, passport numbers, and date of birth are very important for the booking of your buses.
3) You may also make changes to your reservation by clicking on the Edit Trip button once in your account.
