What is a Travel Planner Pass?
Not planning to alter your travel dates? This option is recommended if you wish to travel in a set number of days from your starting destination to your end destination. Use our booking platform below as a travel planner to design your trip and to know exactly where you will be and what you will be doing each day. Select the dates you wish to reserve your buses (transport), activities and accommodation add-ons, and once availability is confirmed, we will secure your dates of travel. You will also receive English written instructions to help you get around on all services.
Changes are possible but determined by the following:
If our operators or carriers allow changes for their buses (transport) or activities, a $15.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. If the carrier or operator has date change penalties you will be advised of this and you will occur this extra cost on top of our reservation change fee.
When changes are deemed necessary due to climatic, social or political conditions; or cancellations are made by the carrier/operator; we will endeavour to change your date of any bus (transport), or activity free of charge. In these special circumstances the changes and fees remain dictated by the carrier/operator's change policies and availability!
Date changes can only be made if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and will be handled on an individual and case-by-case basis through our Reservations Center.
