- Transport Mode: Van/Car Transfer (the size of the vehicle will be determined by how many people booked to travel on the same departure).

* Flight Delays: You will need to supply us with your flights scheduled arrival time. If your flight is delayed, then the driver will wait up until an hour past the scheduled arrival time. After this time you will be met by our airport representative who will put you on the next available transfer with spare seats. Most of the time there are other departures within an hour of you departing immigration, but this is not guaranteed and we assume no responsibility if you have to wait longer. If you wish to reserve a private transfer to avoid extended waiting times, please email us for current prices.

* Regular Shared Transfer: This is a shared transfer and not private. This means you may have to wait up until 1 hr for other people arriving on different flights before the vehicle departs. If you wish to have a private transfer so the vehicle is only for your travel group, please email us for current prices.

* Early Arrivals: If your flight arrives before 08:30am, you will be given an airport meeting point from where you will be collected at 09:30 am.

* Angra dos Reis Drop-off: If Ilha Grande is your final destination, you can be dropped off at either the Santa Luzia Pier or the Cais da Lapa. You can also be taken to any hotel within the township, including the following hotels: Hotel Club Med, Hotel Portal Real, Pousada da Leste, Hotel Portogalo, Hotel Golden Tulip, Hotel Pestana Angra, Hotel Vila Gale, Hotel do Frade, Hotel do Bosque

1) Between December and March make your booking as far in advance as possible as vans tends to fill up!
