We are now offering transfers from Ilha Grande to Buzios.

Now its possible to get from Ilha Grande to Buzios with a boat and 2 van transfer!  The 7 hour transfer is a combination of three services joined together. 

You begin with a speedboat from Abraao on Ilha Grande which takes between 15 and 25 minutes to reach Conceio do Jacarei on the Brazilian mainland. There you will be met by a driver and travel 2 hrs to the Rio International airport.  

Next you go to the meeting at the airport for the van for the final 3hr drive to Buzios. The drop-off in Buzios can be made at any accessible pousada or hotel on the peninsular.

* The van stops at the Rio International Airport where you change vehicles. At the airport you check-in at a kiosk and will be directed to your next shuttle to Buzios which departs any time up until 15:30pm normally.

* Travel times indicated on our website are set by the average time it takes to do this trip on days of good weather and normal road and traffic conditions.

* There is some waiting time at the international airport while other scheduled passengers arrive.

* Drop offs are only made at hotels, pousadas, or hostels. 

* After confirmation, if you wish to change the date of departure we will require at least 48 hrs notice, and only if seats are available.
